  1. The og already felt goofy but this just ruined it forever. I just don’t understand US tv laws, like what do you mean we can watch people get cut into bits but oooo don’t you dare say the F word.

  2. I think the cursing adds to the moment, you can feel the anger and it doesnt feel over the top, it feels like it belongs to negan. But the actor is so fucking amazing that the scene also works without the cursing and I find that really cool

  3. I love that they filmed this, they probably knew this was not gonna make the cut, because of how they handeled cursing prior to this moment. But just in case they suddenly could drop the episode like this, it would also be a shock to the viewers, not just negan killing them, but also the cursing lol

  4. I wish I had known that they were filming f-bomb takes. I would have waited to watch this episode. All these years I've been disappointed in this scene, only to realize I had no need to be turned off by such a verbally tame Neegan. Imagine my 44 year old ass trying to rewatch this series and still feeling pissed that he doesn't drop significant f bombs until later seasons. This scene with only shit in it just didn't fit.

  5. This is what ruins shows like this. There is just no goddamn way in a world like this where people have become feral that they wouldn't swear at least once! TV needs to grow some fucking balls and stop the censoring bullshit. It's not like this is a show for kids anyway so why tf is it censored!? Who's allowing their children to watch a zombie show!??? It would've made the show 10x better if we'd gotten some cuss words! Like there's no way a homegrown hillbilly like Daryl wouldn't be swearing constantly! Makes no sense to censor this show. I'm so sick of TV shows and movies being ruined by the wussy censoring.

  6. It's pretty fun, but the aired version was actually scarier, let's be honest. The grinning, evil game-show host verbiage of the less sweary one is skin-crawling. It's like dealing with an estate agent, only more so.

  7. first s3 ruined any chance of actual zombie thhings happening in this show, and Negen is just the ending to it all. Dude sucks as a villian "im evil because im evil" is garbage writing. @ me idc. A show about walkers is 1000% better

  8. I don’t care if the version shown on TV was more chilling. This IS Negan, this is who he is. He held seasons 7 and 8 together almost on his own, but they may have been remembered as actually GOOD if they allowed this kind of dialogue. It’s so drastically different from anyone else we’ve met along the way.
