I coached girls softball , one Parent of a 12 year old girl got very upset at be after i pulled his daughter out of her pitching position because she wasent effectively pitching. She cried and her dad got in my face screaming at me for making his daughter cry simply for being pulled and another girl given a chance. As a coach for chikdren this age its important to give all kids a chance to show their potential. Its not all about winning at this age. Winning is important,but shaping and molding youths to be prepared for lifes lessons.
This has nothing to do with the kid being good and or you taking up for your child's rights. This is about these goofy insecure parents finally having something to feel good or Superior about so they're living vicariously through their kid and ceiling off the attention and as a society we have let ignorant people get away with too much specially in title on both ends and title ghetto people and entitled bougie people.
