Sailors on the USS Abraham Lincoln are getting time to relax and recoup in Thailand after a tough 9 month long deployment abroad the aircraft carrier. NBC News’ Courtney Kube joins a group of sailors as they feed and bathe with elephants during an excursion.

Oh no… Don't do it. It looks innocent and fun. But an elephant consumes 400 kg of plant material daily. What goes in must come out. After a few minutes they are swimming in waste.
Please come back to visit the elephant again.
