People love to complain about gas going up $1-2/gal but they'll not think twice if their coffee goes up 400% in a few years. Gas prices relative to other items in the year 2000 has not gone up near enough to match inflation. 20oz coffee at Dunkin Donuts went from 75 cents to $5.00, with no add-ons. Gas would need to be $6.00/gal to match that.
