What if we drop a small Nuke into the Moon's core?. Could we heat it up? Could be make a magnetosphere that's stronger?
There is absolutely no evidence the moon has a heated core. Thermodynamics itself prevents this from being possible

I wonder how effective geothermal would be on the moon, you’d probably don’t need that much energy to heat up a lunar base as there would be no atmosphere to cool the base down. But for power generation that would also be a problem because creating a big enough thermal differential to generate enough energy would be hard.
