I have a question… what if I just kept going away from Earth?
Imagine you fly off at the speed of light. After 8.3 minutes, you’d reach our Sun. After 4 hours and 6 minutes, you’d pass the furthest planet in our solar system.
How long do you think it takes you at the speed of light to get to the farthest object humans have ever sent? Subscribe if you think less than 24 hours.
But at 4 years in, just as you’re passing our nearest star… something weird happens…

Fun fact, if you were going the speed of light you wouldn't experience time and could go to the edge of the known universe instantly from your perspective, but from an observers on earth perspective yeah it would take a bit
so at what point will we reach tau ceti?
OML the “edge of our observable universe” looks like the lesbian and bi flags 😊
Well the sun is actually our closest star
What if a galaxy ran into ton 18 the biggest black hole evver now a small galaxy like a galaxy that can only hold 100 stars what if it ran into ton 18
I see this lot videos and one question why you dont travel the other way by no reaching the center and going other direction
The song for children
not accurate, there are galaxies being separated from ours by space faster than the speed of light, so you would never reach the that point even at the speed of light.
maybe the universe is not growing, it is just presenting itself to us
No. The expansion of space makes that impossible.
VGER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took her less than 2 mins to teach me a lesson, my school couldn't for 11 years
Correction: The radio bubble is also propagating at the speed of light. You could never catch it.
Dude space bends itself
But from the perspective of the traveler your going to get there instantly no big deal
If you are traveling at the speed of light, doesn't time stop?
i thouth that the observable universe is only 13.5 billion years not 45 billion🤔
Gd reference
It really feels like we've been enclosed so that no one would enter our small section in the galaxy 😂. Even traveling at the speed of light, space travel is still unfeasable unless we travel for generations. It would really take the biggest break through in Astrophysics to achieve actual space travel. I wonder a civilization that have existed and developed technology, say our current knowledge in science was done over a million years ago in that civilization, have they been able to develop space travel technology.
Hold my beer baby 🍺 I'll back soon. 🚀
Just bend it
You will reach egde of the observable universe in a second if you are traveling with the speed of light because anything traveling at the speed of light time stops for him
Still better than the Istanbul traffic
Well, by that time the universe would have expanded more and you would just be chasing a cheetah as a snail
The Bobiverse series by Dennis E Taylor includes all of these things. Highly recommended
why would you go through the center of the milky way theres a black hole there
