A lot of boys have, you know, Kieran Tierney and uh and Callum, people like this here and uh and James Forrest, they’ve all won here when there’s been big crowds, you know. So, uh we and I think they’ve won when was there anybody here when CO set in? No. Did No. So, they they they’ve played here before. So, it’s I that I don’t know. But um certainly for the some of the younger on the newer lads, it’s uh it’s an experience that I don’t think they’ll forget. Sam Johnstone wasn’t the only Celtic player that found it difficult today. Why why did you opt for him and what does this mean for you going forward? No, my point was to you I think on on Friday. I want people to uh experience these games because what what other way am I going to learn about about what people can or cannot do? I owe MON an apology for not knowing the full story on Hassan's sleepless night, however, Touneki has surely now shown MON that he is not a good replacement let alone a starter because his work effort & team commitment has become diabolical. I do stand by my words on the frustration of McGregor not being subbed & that he also shouldn't be captain & his best years are well behind him now. All in all after Sunday the players need to take a good long look at themselves when it comes to being fit for the Celtic shirt. After the LASK choke fiasco and the worthless shit show shambles we saw yesterday is that this team has no balls for a fight when it comes to important pressure matches.
Passing back and sideways no good very poor performance again
No tactical flexibility when it was obvious Rangers were running the midfield, all that happened was the same shape and moving players around in the top end of the park nothing to address the dominance and fight that the Ibrox side clearly showed.
Well said martin, i think the players bottled it in that environment, some of the players have enough experience in this fixture but didn't show up.
They were battered by the better team and tactics, simple.
It’s all about bravery, character, resilience and a winning mentality when a team steps on to any field, if they don’t have self belief they’ll never win anything , Celtic looked devoid of any self confidence, a pathetic performance to be honest against a Rangers team that dominated them for the whole game .
"Big crowds" Sorry, Martin is using deflection here, it wasn't the size of the crown that was the problem , the players including the Scottish players were intimidated because it was all Rangers fans, and that was unaceptable.
