wb, no longer producing great movies [there is are great scripts out there]… now fear of missing out they try everything to be trendy or chasing fad or fade…
The same mistake is currently being made by Microsoft/Xbox. Game developers under Microsoft are hurting, being considered worse performing, and succumbing to major layoffs and canceled games due to the games launching same day on Xbox gamepass and for sale. Sales have been hurt tremendously because of that. Games that would have sold millions of copies only sell hundreds of thousands of copies but get 5-20million players playing it on Xbox gamepass. Those developers are not being compensated monetarily or even just their reputation consideration amongst Microsoft. The combined revenue from Xbox gamepass compared to the would have been profits of game sales that just never occur now is vast.
Hyping these companies up
Wonder why WSJ & Hollywood never complained when Disney was acquiring 20th century fox?
when warner bros put movies on their streaming service day 1 and it was disastrous. reminds me of a certain gaming company that is doing same thing, parading something called lamepass
Not a single mention of the failed Netflix deal. Wonder what that's about ….
The End Of Blu Ray and Physical Media…
Who bought Warner brothers ?
And then they make dogshit show like Harry potter remake
They went woke and went broke
betting on decayed talent that was relevant in the 90's also doesnt help if it wasnt for harry potter warner bros would be already over long time ago
WSJ = TDS
Not talking about the Netflix thing then? They sent us an email in December welcoming Warner to Netflix 😂
They only starting because ellison want to buy it. Before that, they want to separate WBD into 2 different parts, one with the studio & streaming while another with cable. Ellison is gonna ruin WB
Be 1 BIG co and lots of little guys in the future
I’m quite surprised you’re not charging us to watch this 😅
Yeah they got a big reach but their contents all suck.
Please don't sell it 🙏
Warner Brothers forgot the most important thing, the customer is important to keep happy.
Makes me think about Entourage
Well, making movies and TV shows that fail because the modern day audience they're made for doesn't exist, except on social media, doesn't bring in that much money.
It’s being sold because they went woke and went broke.
Is nobody going to Talk about how Paramount itself is in TRouble financially
I dont see this "Skydance " will survive long
With AI out and Online platforms easy to push content…soon everybody will be producing their stuff in their basements
and Hollywood will eventually die as an industry
IT is already happening
Affects one of TV, channels completely here. We have our two Government channels, only Sky, also within out limited range of about 20 channels. Most repetitious or filled with informercials. Why I watch YouTube. This will end in tears.
The CEO of WB sold it for his greed
