  2. I think I might be the only one in the comments that felt no emotion when Kurt died lol. Partially bc everything was moving too fast for me to even process it. But I hate Rogue had to lose her brother to be with the man she loves. It felt very unnecessary and contrived.

  3. It occured to me I would love to see ab interaction between Nightcrawler and Daredevil in the upcoming Avengers movies but I feel Nightcrawler will be dead by secret wars, and Daredevil will likely not be showing up in Doomsday…which sucks.

  4. While I did enjoy this season, it kinda felt like they did not know what to do for the story? Like I expected the whole time travel thing and getting back to the present to take the entire season, not just like, four episodes.

  5. The script for season 2 was rewritten after they fired the original guy, that's why it feels all over the place at times. 100% this was not the original storyline he planned.

  6. No, not even close. It was a fantastic episode and I can't wait to see what happens next. Also, Nightcrawler being gone isn't going to effect me personally all that much. He's great, but he's far down my list of favorite characters in the show.

  7. It is a great season and the finale was amazing as it made us all think and feel different emotions all at the same time, apocalypse was made so powerful that the only way to fight him is to level up like him. He needs to be contained as the removal of one evil will just be replaced by another more powerful one. Prof X is mentally damaged if you noticed in all episodes (Onslaught looming perhaps), Gen X and new mutants may be introduced (I hope)

  8. You guys are spot on. Looked beautiful, had good moments, but they totally lost the plot with Apocalypse and Cable. Cable should have made the sacrifice. He is literally The Chosen One 😂. SMH Super Saiyan Rogue was wack 😂.

  9. Okay, now that it's over I can say it: this season is a gigantic piece of garbage and crap. This season is fan fiction written by someone who isn't even an X-Men fan, the new showrunner Matt, whatever his name is He turns everything he touches into a tasteless fanfic.

We're finally getting X-Men productions after years, and they managed to ruin everything again. How is that possible? Everything was going so well with the first season

  10. I guess DeMayo left after completing episode 3. This season went off a cliff with the episodes leading to the anti-climatic finale. Not hopeful for a season 3.

  11. I personally felt like this season was insanely rushed a lot of the story beats didn’t have time to breathe. I noticed apocalypse’s presence was missing for most of the show and I was hoping most of the season was the x men in time and the different conflicts they’d face through those different time periods but they were taken back to the present almost immediately which was disappointing.

  12. The first 4 episodes of this season were on par with seqson 1. After that they completely dropped the ball. It wasnt terrible, but just went in so many different directions with so much filler. What Bastion did in season 1 had major ramifications for the entire world, but how they utilized apocalypse in this season just felt underwhelming and lackluster. Oh well.
