Don’t ruin your grill by not using it. Get out and grill and enjoy every minute of it.
Since someone will ask, here is a link to my favorite degreaser. It is biodegradable and powerful enough to clean a grill or a bike chain!

Good tips. Double points for having your grill grates in the correct orientation and not upside-down like most vids on here.
Why have a grill😂
I bought the black Lowe’s stealth edition so I wouldn’t have to clean it as much 😆
I’ve done away with my bbq now and purchased one of the Weber Slate griddles, I would highly recommend these to anyone. I have a pitboss smoker that also flame grills which I would also highly recommend.
Dawn Soap and water all day.
Neglect destroys! You’re right sir. You should use and maintain your equipment.
The problem is I don’t grill everyday or often for that matter. That doesn’t mean I don’t own one.
Well I'd probably do the burn off and let it cool a bit scrape the grates than put oil on. Your just roasting off the oil.
I left mine sitting over winter and opened it up and had mold all over the grates
Amen brother 🙏🏼
It says not to use degreaser on aluminum
Made in Chona product. Not like the original Weber in material. Cheap fabrication.
