I like our local solution; build your roof in Florida.
Butterfly roof. Worest roof design
So, the sun melts the underside does it….
"using heat" is a strange term for cooling your house in the winter… the drainpipe and melting snow wastes a huge amount of energy.
Can we make these without AI?

The Japanese are very creative, Smart, Respectful and a very clean society. We can learn a lot from them.
And ths is how to make vids with Ai/informative not performative/
What do the frozen pipes have to do with icicles?!
That was a red herring.
Since 1950s all apartment blocks in Soviet Union and other Nordic countries were build with the same idea – flat roof and internal drainage. This eliminates the formation of deadly icicles.
Just note that a valley roof without these very purposeful considerations is a bad idea, but the innovation here is interesting
Would be terrible if you loose power/heat and the pipes burst down the center of the home
AI no thanks
The roof..strong enough to hold the weight??😅
Not only the roof has to be very strong to hold tons of snow, but the walls and foundations have to be very strong too.
This animation looks really nice. Its funny that the narrator changes accents part way through a couple times lol
Once through the house, where does it go, sewage system?
They akido'ed the snow.
