  1. Correction: The 390 Adventure R has a power-to-weight ratio of 0.25, while the 450MT : 0.22. So the voice over is right, but during editing the video i accidentally flipped the numbers

  2. Let's be brutally honest 2 water cooled smooth cylinders, great torque, tubeless tires, comfy bike, awesome sound.

The Chinese mighty dragon had been awakened already,

Their bikes 🏍 will keep improving, like the Japanese, tariffs or not , their prices will be highly competitive !

  3. Ibex baby!!! I’m 6ft3 220 ride with side bags. A women occasionally. Over 7k miles!! About ready for tires. Noting but a lot of oil changes. China tighten and lube. That’s it. Things a ripper highway getter back road ripper

  5. It's not serious to put the KTM 390 in a comparison. One of the most problematic motorcycles ever built. There's a reason KTM is known as "Know The Mechanic" and its motto is "Ready to repair."

  6. Amazing comparison thank you so much! Love the exhaust sound clip that mentions the mounted exhaust.
Just a small correction, Cruise Control on the KTM is optional 🙂

  7. I am a fan of CF Moto but the KTM is lighter and has more electronics, better suspension, is superior in on and off road but this is the caveat for the KTM, its more suitable for experience riders specially in off road as the engine starts delivering its power over 4 to 5 k rpm, which makes it a little savage for the normal folks. The CF Moto same as the REH 450 is more suitable for the more tranquil riders

  8. I bought a cfmoto 650 adventura last year. Was tempted due to the big discount. Now the bike is worth 1/3 what I paid, customer service is horrendous, you cant get parts since everything has to come from china. So I would not recommend any bike from that company.

  9. cfmoto 450 mt weighs around 205 kg equipped with the crash bars (obviously fully wet) this was weighed by a youtuber (just look for it). Not sure about the crash bars weight, but they surely are around 10kg. SW motech upper crash bars weigh 5 kg. CFmoto branded crash bars are upper and lower, so its probably around 10 kg in total. That would bring the weight down to 195 kg fully wet with no crash bars, similar to the honda CB500x. Is hard to determine the weight when the brands provide the dry weight. because it could involve even discounting the weight of the battery, engine oil, brake fluids. coolant. and finally fuel. So there could be a massive difference.

the advantages that the cfmoto has is: price, the 2-cylinder engine (smoothness even at high RPM) and exhaust sound. The cfmoto has a very deep bassy sound, it is really surprising for a mid engine bike.

but the ktm is just very well equipped and if you care about the weight, is the right decision.

  10. The pricing for the KTM doesn't include the fact you need to pay extra for cruise control, plus theres no tubeless wheels on the KTM and the KTM TFT screen has no maps mode.

  11. Most of the 390 adventure R delivery that have been posted on here do not have cruise control. I wonder if it will be a dealer add-on? Wondering if the quick shifter is similar, I know big rock moto didn't get that nor the cruise control.

  12. Why would I want another thumper, in addition to my dual sport thumper? The IBEX/MT twin is silky smooth and the suspension is top notch. There's a guy who already put 50k kilometers on his 450 MT with no issues.

  13. Both 3S (sales, service, spare parts) are big NO.m
katty just like competition bike.. mean to win but not for daily.. no cheap at all
Cmoto, hard to find the official shop/ spareparts..
