He was at 150 5 months ago knowing this fight was next plenty of time to lose it he’s small 5,7” no bigger than a welterweight only went to 160 for eubank and the money the weight was the inbuilt excuse he made it by a full pound too! Weighed in at 146 and nothing to do with punch resistance peynaud floored him twice Garcia is a big puncher and clocked him right on the chin if he had no punch resistance he’d have never made it to his feet off that shot!
