It’s amazing how medical technology allows doctors to understand and treat heart problems with such precision.
My dad got atrial fibriliation when he was 60
I had this done last winter prior to open heart surgery to repair a 5.7 cm ascending aortic aneurysm. My arteries are clear and the surgery was done on May 13, 2026. I turned 72 at the end of June. At no time did I have any symptoms or discomfort.
I had mine done with LAD blockage 90%. In my case, they caught it during an active heart attack. They tried going from arm but spasms were too bad so I screamed. That’s when the doctor changed to groin access. People who can tolerate arm access, can move right away, I had to keep my leg still for 8 hours.
Painless and noncomplex procedure. And quick recovery outcome. Amazing.❤❤
Miracle surgery! 65 yrs old had chest pains! I luckily went to E.R. VA Hospital Gainesville, Fl.The professional Team of Dr's, Nurses, Volunteers and UFL Dr's. Performed Stress Tests, Ultra Sounds and MRI dye tests! The absolute care and professionalism to develop a plan to in plant two stents saved my life! God guided these Amazing Professionals to give me another chance to serving God! It is great to see technology to prolong a life but it is Always God's Plan for your time here! God Bless all the amazing Dr's, Nurses and VA Volunteers who work in these hospitals saving physical Lifes! Thank you Lord! 🇺🇸❤️🙏🏻
ok this looks painful
Triple bypass at age 40, 7 stents after that. Having another heart cath on Friday. Carotids are also blocked, 1 100% 2nd at 60%. Diabetes sucks
I had an angiogram done in 2022 and they inserted three stents to open up blockages identified via the angiogram chest scan. It’s amazing what they can do with this technology.
If you blockage can that remove viens stop going to the heart or brain
Done 3 days ago. GOD IS GOOD🙏 DOING FINE
Femural artery why don't use vein?
I refuse to have this done again. They want to give me this first before I get my mitral valve prolapse with severe regurgitation fixed. I told them I’m not having this done again. That dye is too hot. I had this procedure done about 45 years ago and it was horrible. I thought I was burning in hell.
Hey they did that to me, but my brain.
This is pretty amazing, first of all how wonderfully we are made and how much we already know about our own body
That's effective methode of modern surgery
Fanno miracoli questi medici , tanto studio e fatica

One of the important questions I always ask is, "What is the death rate from this procedure?" It's hard to get a good answer. In the US, they often don't even keep good statistics, so I have to go to foreigh studies. After a quick (and incomplete) literature search, the reported mortality from cardiac catheterization is around 0.05% for diagnostic procedures to 1% or more for therapeutic procedures. For other similar procedures, the mortality can roughly double for every 10 years of age, and increase for pre-existing conditions (which is why you're getting the procedure in the first place). In general, the more experienced the surgeon and hospital, the lower the mortality. (The VA system often has good outcomes.) You have a right to ask (and know) what their mortality is, overall and for people like you.

I am in the hospital in the waiting room, having this like within a couple of hours now, 23 yo, born with an illness, it is so cool but scary,

My Cardiologist Said I Was "Squeaky Clean" In There!🫀 But I Woke Up In The Middle Of It, Saw My Arteries On Screen & Said "Is That ME?"😮….It Was! Very Cool!😁 But If You Wake Up When The Catheter Is Up In Your Artery & Heart😯 – DON'T TALK OR MOVE!!😬😬😬 You Can Die!🤦💀😒
I have had this done. Nothing serious, they were just checking my heart from the inside, but omg what a weird feeling having something «crawl» up your arteries 😂
Nice innovations
شكرا🇮🇶♥️
I had this done on me when i was 13 years old. And am i the only one, but it has left me with very sensitive genitals 😔
Sometimes i can't take my orgasm. And i think this procedure caused it. Can i be wrong?
