Special shout out to all of my patrons who make these videos possible.

“I Put a Spell on You” was recorded by “Screamin’ Jay” Hawkins in 1956 – do the math, kids, that was 70 years ago. DANNNNNG! The song became a cult classic and was Hawkins’s greatest commercial success.
“I Put a Spell on You” was also selected as one of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s 500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll and ranked No. 313 on Rolling Stone magazine’s list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. And OBVIOUSLY, you can’t trick-or-treat or host a Halloween Party without blasting this track at LEAST once. Happy Halloween, ya’ll! Try not to set your pianos on fire this year!

  1. Wow, huge compliments on the song! I only discovered you recently, and I’ve been listening to your work non-stop.
How about a cover of "Golden Brown" by The Stranglers? It would sound incredible with your voice! 🫶🏻

  2. Geoff, needless to say for the last 3 years of my life you've been a huge inspiration to me. I have always been amazed by your deep voice and low notes.

Now thanks to you I have a secret talent!
For the last 2 months, I've been trying to learn Subharmonics, and I recently nailed it. Im in choir now, Chamber Choir at 16! My range (including vocal techniques, like Subharmonics and Falsetto) is Db1 to G#4. Along with this I make music as a side hobby and my school has plans for me to enter the NYCC.
Anyway, I just wanted to say Thank you for being a huge inspiration in life right now, and for igniting my love in music!

  3. Awesome performance as always, I hope you are doing well. I know you and your wife were experiencing some ailments related to your talents, I truly wish you both the best. Take care and peace.

  4. I'll be watching again and again… (here, in Hallelujah, Africa and now: Insane) you, Geoff and Voiceplay deserve the best. thank you for sharing your voice, your videos with all of us.

  5. Beautiful voice when not in subsonic and I happy you found a way to keep performing through your hearing issue you had. Much Love! Think you could try and cover Poor Unfortunate Souls? Every version I have ever found was the new mermaid or a really poorly sang version.. Would love to hear your take on it with yourself or your group Play!. BTW, very handsome too!
