This song didn't show off their voices. But I did think she sang stronger on this song.
I have heard for years that the outcome of some Voice duet performances were fixed and after watching this I believe it. That song choice was so one sided never giving Caroline the opportunity to show what she was capable of doing. I hope Caroline will continue to chase her dream and remember that Lainey Wilson auditioned for the Voice seven times and never even made it to the televised blind auditions.
I actually didn't care for the song, no harmony really until the end. I found the performance and the lyrics boring and repetitive. The harmony at the end was the bright spot. Agree with Kelly it was even, mainly because neither wowed.
I love this song, not sure it was great gor competition. I'm amazed nobody picked her up especially with how bad they all wanted country singers. She sounds amazing and has the look. Wtf

I didn’t even watch this to the end. Decent singers but boring, dated, cheesy song.
Of course the male was going to win.. Riley said loud and clear. It is not about talent.. it was about following instructions and do as I say.
