  1. i dont understand how can breakdown of bond release energy , its quite opposite what i have read my whole life , there must be some new stronger bonds created for the reaction to be exothermic , please someone explain 😭

  2. very misleading – at 0.34 it says breaking the bond "relieves some . . . .repulsion which results in a release of energy". NOOOOO. BREAKING THE BOND "consumes/uses/requires" energy – this is true of ALL BONDS – breaking (in this case weak) bonds is always an endergonic process – what happens is that energy is RELEASED ONLY when new bonds form – which they do in the formation of ADP and (the free) phosphate.
