Basmati rice means an Indian dish.

no that is not Kabsa. you have to boil the chicken in that same pot and make a broth from it. add the rice in . you can definitely roast the chicken afterwards in the oven for a crispy skin. what you made is a good dish of your own

This turned out so good, and was really easy. I didn't have the died lime so added a bit of sumac, and I served with toasted almond flakes
