❓ ¿Cómo se crea un país? ✅
Para crear un país, existen dos teorías: la declarativa y la constitutiva. Existen multitud de micronaciones por todo el mundo, pero ¿hay alguna con éxito? Crear un país parece fácil: 4 requisitos y 3 Terra Nullius, pero el mundo del reconocimiento lo complica todo.
En este vídeo recorremos lo que, sobre el papel, haría falta para fundar un Estado según la teoría declarativa: territorio definido, población permanente, un gobierno efectivo y capacidad de relacionarte con otros países. Y a partir de ahí empieza el choque con la realidad: desde las tres tierras de nadie (el Danubio entre Croacia y Serbia, Bir Tawil y la Tierra de Marie Byrd en la Antártida) hasta intentos de “fabricar” territorio en el mar como Minerva, la Isla de las Rosas o Sealand.
Luego entramos en el requisito que lo decide casi todo: que te reconozcan. Entre la teoría constitutiva, la geopolítica y los precedentes incómodos, aparecen casos como Crimea, Afganistán, Kosovo, Palestina o el pulso de las dos Chinas, además de estados de facto y micronaciones que sobreviven más como idea que como país. Al final, la pregunta no es solo si puedes proclamar un país, sino qué lo convierte en real ante el resto del mundo.
