  1. With less old folks dying and more young people getting drivers licenses has led to more people on the road and more accidents because of it. Evacuate the entire state and redo the roadways then let those lunatics back in and wait until they start screwing up again.
If you give yourself extra time everyday you don't have to do anything foolish.

  2. No idea who fault it is in this situation. But i like to say i see so many people, biker, ebiker cross the road like they own it. Never look at the on coming traffic, and ignore traffic rules

  3. You can't call it accident if the whole road infrastructure is designed around cars. And if 20-30 people die every year on this intersection it should be closed and redesigned right now. Not by 2040.

  4. Great to see Faux Newz using its oil industry money to change the narrative of this story from a bicycle rider in a bicycle lane getting run over by a careless driver to an evil e-bike going berserk and killing its rider by intentionally crashing into a dump truck….

  5. The issue with bike lanes is that they do not changes the right of ways in an intersection. Here is how it actually works:

    1- peace officer instructions.
    2- signals (lights or panels)
    3- vehicle turning RIGHT.
    4- vehicle going straight.
    5- vehicle turning LEFT.

The issue is that bike lanes passing on the right of vehicles DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. But they think they do. Disregarding the fact that they are in the biggest blind angle.

  6. I witness bikes and people walking not giving a hoot about vehicles while they cross the street. The people walking don't even turn their heads and walk against a cross walk light that shows the big red hand to not cross and they do anyways. I've also seen other cars pull into traffic like they waited for an oncoming car to pull out in front of. The ebikes now make a 3rd obstacle. It's all 3. All are to blame.
