The ABBA upgrades for the sparrows have never been the best choice in the first place.
With this ability the missiles receive almost no functional advantages – rather than reducing range and increasing flight speed you should focus on damage and maneuverability. This way you will maximize the profit from the ability (of course when it is fixed and flares are no longer affecting the missile)
