  1. They def can track him. They do it all the time in Philippines because there are cctvs everywhere. He seem like he was seen in a nice place.

    I'm 110% sure they know his plate number and can track who and location of registration of the vehicle. Track him from all the cctvs on the roads. And what "subdivision" he resides. Every establishment you enter here, they have cctv to record your plate numbers. They can even see what subdivision you reside in by the stickers on your windshield.

    They all have the info they need. It's not a good idea that they showed this in the news tho.

    That's the thing in Philippines. No one really knows or questions who you are so it's easy to have a normal life. But once they know who you are, you will be easily tracked down. The only way they won't be able to track you down is if they DON'T wanna track you down.
