The F-22 was designed in the 1980's. Not the 90's.
The Raptor was so expensive because the traitor Obama killed the project before the contractor could recoup the RD expenses of engineering the BEST fighter jet in the world stopping production at 195. If we had continued to build them and increased the supple chain each addiction Raptor would have gotten cheaper. Obama tried hard to make our enemy happy and should be in prison right now.
