Ergo is the Michelin-starred Stockholm restaurant from chef Petter Johansson and his partner Sanna Risberg, who both previously worked at Frantzén. Johansson spent a decade at the three-star restaurant before opening Ergo, where he serves a modern French tasting menu with exceptional ingredients, buttery sauces, and stunning presentations. Think foie gras mille feuille, turbot à la brioche, truffle-covered sweetbreads, and elaborate tableside desserts.
