HOLD THE LINE: Tyvis Powell reacts to G Bush lowering his win total prediction for the Browns

Cleveland Browns fans haven’t even reached Week 1 yet, but expectations for Todd Monken’s first season appear to be slipping as questions remain about Deshaun Watson, a rebuilt offensive line and whether Cleveland has enough proven talent to compete in a tough AFC North. After an offseason filled with major changes — including trading Myles Garrett and adding young pieces like Spencer Fano, KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston — it’s understandable that optimism could cool as the reality of the regular season gets closer. But are Browns fans being realistic by lowering their projected win totals, or is preseason pessimism taking over before this new-look team has even played a meaningful snap?

  1. They won 5 games last year with Stefanski and an old ineffective offensive line. Many new inexperienced highly talented players this year gives me tremendous hope that we at least win 8 games.

  2. We have six guys on offense that I believe are outstanding that we didn't have last year for most of the year. All deshaun , watson has to do is manage the game and throw short passes to these talented guys who will break tackles and make him look good. I think this team is on the cusp of something special…

  3. Mark my words, Travis Hunter is going to show off!! Because of his bro Shedeur Sanders being shafted the way he has been arguably the number two player in the draft mark my words is going to respond, not ownership not by the media, but by the players, especially those competitive quarterbacks that were drafted under Shedeur Sanders the respect level amongst players is at all-time high for Shedeur Sanders

  4. I Really hope The Browns shut ALL Up this season. Every person is better than last year but a Professional Athlete that ALL They perform is Work on Their Craft. Watson been a student of the game while on injury. His past off field is the Catalyst of All and We should be Ashamed. Cheer for Browns or Move to Shitsburg!

  5. SS has learned to slow the game down. He is moving in the pocket with patience. He seems to have issues throwing from the pocket without getting the ball batted down by the D-Line but I believe that was due to not playing with the ones on the O-Line. He kills man to man defense because he is accurate and can see the field. He can also play with anticipation if he knows each route on each play. I’m curious to see him in zone coverages because he didn’t see man coverages in college so he should be comfortable with those looks. I just wish he can finally play with some dogs and the staff have faith in him.

  6. If the Browns only win 5 games this year they would have taken a step back and the GM will be fired unless they want to loose. It’s fishy tho because last year Vegas had them loosing and it was reported that some in the front office was giving the indication that tanking was the plan. All eyes are on 2028.

  7. YALL HAVE HATERS,(BULL) ON THE SHOW,BACKBITERS,LOOKING FOR CRUMBS UNDER THE TABLE,,WHY ISN'T HE REPLACED, TOO MUCH CONFUSION within the cast, and fuck bull, blatant monkey wrench
