I also consumed youtube content from various japanese channels and some japanese movies as well (I’m not really a movie person tho, dopamine and focusing issue)
so this was me after 2.5 years of japanese listening input maxxing… yea… if you study with books and properly learn grammar and vocabulary, I’m pretty sure you’ll learn japanese (or any new language) so much quicker.
