I think everyone deserves a second chance ❤ This guy has done his time and deserves the respect he deserves. He has done well for his self and all should be forgiven ❤ I’m so proud that he’s made something of himself. I wish that I was half the chef that he is 💪
Life kicked that Ol boy a few times really hard!!! Everyone deserves a second chance. Glad to hear him talk about his daughter and how her life probably would have turned out if she weren't adopted and took on another last name. He has a big heart that I don't think he knew he had until at that time. My brother got in trouble doing the same thing and once he got out he never looked back himself.
If I ever visit America!! This will be on my list! ❤

School lunch put me to the test . Working a restaurant open for lunch & dinner with contracts in 3 surrounding towns servicing school lunch for grade schools to high school , mass producing quality on a schedule that has zero flexibility. Serving multiple schools with 3 separate periods needing to be not a minute late and accurate count as no child can go without . Taking that experience with the menu development & nutrition had given me the tools needed to excel

I've pulled in there many times as a flatbed steel hauler. I tried to time my runs to get his barbecue. Awesome place. It's hard to have places ahead of you that you love to eat at that have semi parking
