I love it! One question. It seemed like the BStock order was $2600. But total buy in at the end was >$5k. What were the additional expenses?

You buy PALLETS and need them delivered common carrier and it costs $100-500 to get it delivered.
Now u need to pay for storage! And not all storage units are $100/month with first month free. Public storage 5×10 was like $250 for the first month! So now you've spent hundreds already. Now add any parts u have to buy and if u cant repair something, you cant sell it= money LOST.
If you're ordering sheds U need a forklift to move them around! They come in a box and disassembled.

You paid $4334 for shipping on the patio furniture which puts your cost per (12) piece at $528, not the $200 you are saying. That freight should have had you looking elsewhere.
Was this groupon's business model, getting the $ first then buying liquidated.

FYI Canadians: Shipping costs are very high. To buy one pallet of shoes for $125 and ship to me in Vancouver BC adds another $1655. Plus 13% VAT.
