One of many poor decisions VAR have made over the years. This one is probably the worst one and the goal should be taken from the full time result, END OFF.!!!!!
The problem is that VAR literally over-ruled a correct decision made by the referee & linesman (albeit for the wrong person, but offside was correct). Manchester United could lose millions over this decision, Arsenal (or whoever) could lose the title from this mistake, fans are screaming for Carrick to get fired where they would otherwise think a point against City wouldn't be a terrible result & them saying "we're sowwy!" doesn't mean a thing.
the game is fucked
Everyone knows this is the most useless video, because as a former premier league ref you will never ever say anything bad about another ref even tho he had a stinker.
What they havent done is THERE JOB
OFFSIDE isn't subjective, offside is a distinct law of the game, we have digital technology to remove the subjectivity of that law, as it happens, we brought in technology to "did the ball cross the line", WC26 applied the same rule for, is it a corner or not?
The excuse of subjective or not is the reason why I believe, POGMOL and the Premier League are corrupt
VAR was brought in to stop the "clear and obvious errors", the problem is, VAR is making "CLEAR AND OBVIOUS ERRORS", how can that be?
The reason is, they aren't sticking to the perimeters of it's inception. They're using it to create an outcome of their liking…
It would have been incompetent if there was no VAR and the linesman didn't give offside because of Fernández, when you do have VAR and they can see all the angels and replays then their is zero excuse to get these decisions wrong, it's all everyone talks about now.
Keep goal line technology and then give teams 2 reviews per game to question any decision.
is talk sport in on the corruption as well ?
It's amazing that people get Dermots opinion on these things. If you can't see that he is part of the problem, you're so freaking blind. He can never admit fault, he never lays any blame. You're never ever going to fix a problem if you pretend the problem doesn't exist.
The onfield decision was not offside Haaland. The ref clearly says Enzo Enzo Enzo.
Just goes to show that all referees, current and retired are compulsive liars
Bruno red card 😂😂😂😂😂 for what, he didn't even make contact he stopped his foot before it hit foden, the slow mo replays are there to see
Hasn’t got a clue
I THOUGHT THE REFEREE WAS THE PERSON WHO HAD THE FINAL DECISION? 🤔 I'VE ONLY SEEN ONE INCIDENT WHERE THE REFEREE HAS OVERRULED VAR. AND SAID IT WASN'T A PENALTY, AFTER GOING TO THE SCREEN. IT WAS A FEW WEEKS AGO. BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER THE TEAMS INVOLVED. PEOPLE LIKE GALLAGHER WOULDN'T HAVE THE BALLS TO OVER RULE VAR. HE'S A YES MAN.
WHAT'S THE POINT OF BRINGING THIS CLOWN 🤡 GALLAGHER ON THE SHOW? HE'S GOING TO STICK UP FOR THE REFEREES AND VAR, NO MATTER WHAT. IT'S LIKE LISTENING TO A LABOUR POLITICIAN REFUSING TO ANSWER A STRAIGHT FORWARD QUESTION.
ain't VAR fucked this game right up…..but it keeps all these melts in a job.
Follow the Money. It’s Man City. The rules don’t count for them. Someone gains and it’s not just City. Somethings never change.
Sack them all, start with webb. Since hes come in shits got worse week by week.
Disband ref watch.
Get some foreign lads in if our own cant do it
The on field decision was actually Enzo offside. The linesman clearly says Enzo.
We have VAR to get these calls right. If they can’t get these easy decisions right, then why have VAR.🤡🤡🤡
Its terrible go back to anyone behind the last man its offside no is it isn't it its offside
Cundy is spot on about the second phase of play. Attackers can gain a huge advantage. Defenders have left them in there and have zero chance of getting back in to defend.
Only one club voted against Var last season 🤣🤣enjoying it so much more in the championship without it. Up the wolves
Regardless if that im
pacted Lammens or Lisandro…as soon as a player in an offside position make attempt for the ball..regardless if he touched it or not…it's offside all day long.
Maguire studs up to mid riff, no action… Rashford running onto a long ball, obstructing defenders, legitimate goal. Happens against United and there must be wholesale changes. It was a poor mistake. There's lots of them. Football with var highlighting incompetence isn't a good watch. Get championship football on instead
Howard Webb will be fuming. United walked away with nothing. There will be big changes now
