  1. The toilet is in the perfect place if you live alone. Leave the door open and you can watch TV, check the weather outside of the big window, or look through the crack in the door and see what is happening on the street through the bedroom window. But what is typical, you have a kitchen but have very little space to keep food that doesn't need a refrigerator.

  2. Honestly, i love this apartment. It's tiny & cozy. My only problem is, i'm probably to tall for the toilet, from the heigh and to the sides, haha. If they would agree to remodel the bathroom & toilet and if i would have the money for the monthly rent, i would move in right away. 😂 from my opinion one of the better apartments. Nice video again. 🫶🌸

  3. Very nice apartment. The rent is pricy. Bummer there is no elevator. I wish the closet was in the bedroom. The toilet room is so cramped! Love all the counter top space in the kitchen😊😊

  4. Toilet is not in the entrance or kitchen, cool! No ladders or secret closed room, yay! But only 2 cords that prevent you to walk off the window… Japan. Add balconies to every window and it's great.

  5. A large window that doesn't open we call a Picture Window, used for natural light and views. The floorplan could be better, I would switch the kitchen and bedroom areas only because I move more in the kitchen than the bedroom. All th natural light is amazing though. 7/10

  6. Considering the size…..it's not bad. The toilet room could have been a few inches wider at the expense of the bathroom.
The kitchen could easily have had a 4 spot cook top plus an oven and a bigger sink. Some people like to cook, just saying.
It's very bright and despite the noise the apartment seems to be in a good spot.

  7. This flat is boring, too expensive, and those huge windows are a pretty bad choice for this global warming era we all live in. 3/10. However, your choices of musics are always so good ! Where do you find them ? May we have a playlist ?

  8. Having lots of counter space in the kitchen is great but the toilet is so narrow I actually would have preferred less counter space to get a touch more elbow room in the toilet.
Speaking of the kitchen, there is basically nowhere to put food but the fridge!

  9. I would stand a storage unit in front of the two doors to the amenities so that you walk behind to access those rooms, sitting the sofa in front, facing the window. Adds privacy & some storage.

  10. Forget arranging the furniture, this apartment needs to be remodeled.

The toilet space is too cramped. The door opening right into a space with a big window adds insult to injury.

The kitchen's narrow access point is terrible. I feel sorry for whoever has to install the refrigerator. I also feel sorry for anyone trying to cook. The kitchen only enough storage space for a pantry or to store cookware, not both.

The closet by the door could use a redesign, too. It's okay as is, but separating the shoe shelves from the clothing rack would help with accessibility.

  11. So nice and light with all those windows. I always prefer a bed sofa in these kind of apartments, to save space. The making of the bed is a bit of a nuisance every night, but it keeps the apartment open en tidy in the daytime. You can put a little desk in the ‘bedroom’ or and extra cupboard for storage.

I always wonder at how closely the buildings are together in Tokio, must be the lack of space I guess, so I get it. In the Netherlands this is prohibited.

And about the kitchen, dear landlords, spurge on some doors beneath the sink. 🤣 I do like the counter for eating, that is always a plus. My guests can sit there while I am cooking diner. 😃

I could live with trains directly outside my window because you get used to that, I lived in an apartment overlooking the above ground metroline, but the expressway is too much for me. Maybe you get used to that to? 😅

  12. Hi Usui, this is an 8/10, agree. Downsides are lack of storage, noise, and silly toilet room. Positives are the bright big windows, insect screens, materials are aesthetically pleasing, functional kitchen space, and no awkward angles.

  13. It's nice and bright. And has a sleeping alcove. But hardly any storage. And the toilet room and bathroom are too small. The rent shows you are paying for location. Not worth it.
