Yup and this how politicians & contractors steal from tax payers. All cities in California are extremely corrupt. Taxes are unbelievably high. It’s like being R-worded every time the paycheck comes. Over $3000 a foot for a fence like that is absolutely absurd. There's definitely some corruption going on here that needs to be flushed out and the criminal city administrators need to be prosecuted for stealing from the taxpayers.
