In my own view, God made man in His own image, in the image of God made he them male and female. Now look at yourself man or woman, use a reflecting surface, a mirror, your hands, your legs, your skin – YOU ARE ONLY AN IMAGE of the TRUE GOD. So, if you are Black, then God is black; are brown, then God is brown; if you are red, then God is red; if you are pink, God is pink; if you are yellow, then God is yellow; if you are white God is white. You are an image. I, therefore, think whites were not wrong to paint Jesus according to their own imagery. It is us black people that are wrong because we took the white image as God and rejected our own image. We need to reimage God or Jesus in our own on race, language, and structure including the nose and hair, knowing that it is not him but imagery, and wait for His second return, then we shall see Him as he is. We must however be careful, not to make any image of God or Jesus in any color or race, for He is not that: The Rule: Exodus 20:4–5 states: "You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above… You shall not bow down to them or serve them.", even if the image is that of yourself!
