Helmets should always be a safety first rule
Terible reporting. You showed ebike's escooters and emotos interchangeably in your videos and at the very end, made a small comment about emotos, being banned on bike paths. Your average fifth grader could have done a better job

They are trying everything to get rid of ebikes in order to boost dismal car sales but it's not working and won't work when the job market is horrific. No sane person will get themselves into a car loan situation within the current job market.
Pedestrian safety is key. Why allow biking or e bikes on sidewalks when they don’t yield to pedestrians? Always have to look behind you on the sidewalk as e bikes and e skateboards are silent.

Riding on sidewalks makes no sense at all. If theres a road, ride it. Bigger issue that needs to be addressed: signage, clear indicators, reflectors, paint, paint, paint.

If they are riding in traffic then they should also be required liscense plates and insurance. To be held liable for traffic infractions and pay for damages if they cause a accident, the same as every other vehicle on the road.
It can only go 28 but at the same time you are banned from bike lanes and paths. Once again these bikes are soooooooooo dangerous so we have decided to put them on the road.

Parents need to be held accountable when they buy their under age kids illegal electric motorcycles and allowing them to ride on public roadways doing wheelies and acting crazy. And when they are involved in an accident killing themselves the parents should go to jail.
