No oven, no complicated steps, and just 1 egg! 🍫
This incredibly soft and rich chocolate cake is so easy to make, yet tastes like it came from a bakery.

Ingredients: (1 cup = 240 ml)
Milk 100ml (1/2 cup)
Vinegar 1 tbsp
1 egg
Vanilla 1 tsp
Sugar 200 g (1 cup)
Oil 100 ml (1/2 cup)
Flour 200 g (1 and 1/3 cups)
Cocoa powder 25 g (1/4 cup)
Baking powder 4 g (1 tsp)
Baking soda 2 g (1/2 tsp)
A pinch of salt
boiling water 80 ml (1/3 cup)
20 cm pot
Place on the stove over low heat and cook for 50 minutes.
If you prefer to bake it in the oven:
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 35_40 minutes.
For the ganache :
Chocolate 100 g
Milk 3 tablespoons
Chocolate vermicelli truffles
