ABOUT THIS CASE
On February 16, 2026, Caleb Flynn called 911 from his home in Tipp City, Ohio, and said an intruder had shot his wife, Ashley Flynn, 37, while their two daughters slept. He spoke voluntarily with Tipp City police three times. At trial, prosecutors presented his interviews, more than 100,000 messages with a worship leader from his church, and Apple Watch and iPhone data that, according to Ohio BCI testimony, recorded steps and heart-rate readings during the hours he said he was asleep. A Miami County jury convicted him of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence. He maintains his innocence. The gun has never been found.
Statements about events before the verdict reflect the prosecution’s case and the testimony presented at trial.

Thank U for subs! It helps much! Love your channel, greetings!
Amazing how stupid people are that they don't understand their watches & phones and cars are tracking everything they do. I mean I'm thankful, but wow.
He is a former pastor. When the situationship happened he was not pastoring
“God-sized vision” yet he can’t see that murder is wrong
I like those texts when they say they are going to sleep and praying while committing adultery and hating the wife and killing her , how stupid are people like God would approve 😂
His counsel called the Apple Watch evidence nonsense, but never rebutted it through an expert witness.
Ashley was poised to get rid of him, that would have meant loss of 200K son-in-law gift job, loss of church musicking position, loss of his good standing in the community.
what's with the teddies?
real grown men with a family don't get scared, he's such a liar
Can someone explain to me how his interviews were used in court if he was not under Miranda? Shouldn't it be that anything after Miranda is used?
I’ve heard somewhere before that “good guy; yes man” make dangerous partners because bitterness towards their wife develops due to their inability to be the alpha; leader in the relationship. I think that is evident in this case. But I also think that he was craving a wild sex life and so he lost his mind with his side piece. Watts story is similar in this regard.
Did she ask him to kill his wife?
This is why I love technology
Sin leads to violence. Look at David with Bathsheba in the Bible.
I still think she went out the back of the children's house and pulled the trigger. I could be wrong, but there's SO much opportunity : no cameras in back, unaccounted time, no human alibi, burner phones, lost laptop, stolen wallet, phone dropped in water. I think she was at least way more involved, but definitely wouldn't be surprised if she was there. Dogs may not have alerted bc they knew her. Just speculating. Don't come for me…
It's incredible how much digital evidence can reveal during an investigation. Deleted messages, smartwatch data, and inconsistencies in interviews can completely change the direction of a case. Which piece of evidence stood out to you the most?
Mais um preso de Apple Watch!
Did Caleb have gunshot residue on him? Did they ever find the weapon? Could someone else be involved?
Prayers going up for those girls 🫂🙏❤️
He looked 60 years old. The devil robbed his youth.
Evil possessed him for the moment and so he shot her then after that he came to realized he just killed his wife. He played with the devil and so it took over him. So sad indeed…
28:14 Who is the guy in the red?
And the audacity for him to continue to claim innocence after the verdict is read 🙄😒
He should have just referred to Ashley as "Douche" throughout the entire interview and saved the police the trouble of investigating him.
And that shirt should say " God-Sized Ego".
THE GUN: So, he lived less than one mile from the Great Miami River. He could have had it in an interim spot, took off his Apple watch, and dropped the gun in the river on any one of the three days he was back at his house.
Caleb told around 5 differently varied stories about that night. But ALL of them included his claim that he was sleeping that night. He wasn't. Even his bed was still made.
I am so glad that my wife and I have an outstanding relationship, marriage, and friendship. She’s my rock and just an amazing woman. I love you Cat!
Bro looks like Frankenstein
He didn't even try to help her? He just wiggled her foot.
A mulher era linda, o cara parece um ET. Por que não se separou? A amante está cuidando dele? Será?
He really thought his acting was knocking it out of the park. Wow.
Can’t watch. Sound is horrific
THE MISTRESS SHOULD GO TO PRISON TOO! SHE COULD HAVE STOPPED THIS!!!
Let's say just as an idea….. That he did not do it, that he is innocent..That would be devastating also, getting a life sentence for something you did not do.
There is (somehow) the problem of the missing gun, and they did not test him, his hands to see if he fired a gun. (which is a mistake, in hindsight).
But anyhow, he lied apparently about what he was doing and about his movements. How do you explain that away?
And he had a motive to get his wife out of the way. And the police found thousands of messages. Including which stated that he wanted his wife gone.
Still, i think all together, not 100% hard proof that he did it.
But of course, enough to assume, or to conclude that it was him. Any judge or court in the world would have judged him guilty it think.
Why do these idiots think they're going to get away with murder? Especially this dumb ass!
This channel wud be great if ads weren't every 2 mins like wtf it has more than I've ever seen in any other channel. I understand you're trying to make $$ but if this is a new channel like u say, u shouldn't have such a wealth of ads. I'm going back to DrInsanity this is BS. if u want subs u need to cut these amounts of ads in half- @ least. Otherwise i wudve subscribed so make some changes asap bc the amount of ads is out of control
Get some good damn microphones! I can't understand what he's saying!
It’s 2026 and police still have shitty microphones to record interviews.
This investigation is exactly like an episode of "Columbo". The murderer feigns innocence through cooperation with the police and BCI.
I'd be happy to advise the department on how to acoustically treat their "interrogation" room to make a more intelligible recording.
