You would think law enforcement would by definition understand the law…but I have met so many officers who don't. Which requires unfortunately a lawyer and a legal response to "clear up the misunderstanding". In the end, we the tax payer pay for their mistakes. Demand better of your law enforcement, remove the officers who cannot or will not uphold our laws correctly.
