I know it’s not all, but quite a few people I know in the Gen Z era would bypass a higher paying job that required them in the office at least half the week for a lower paying position that was fully remote.
You dont need a house. Rent an apartment with your significant other or a roommate. Live in a lower cost state. 😮 dont have kids if you cant afford them. If youre living with your parents until 40 youre not gonna get married and have kids in your 50s 😮😅😢

Not happy? Heh! There's not a big enough word for what we feel. I'm 29, I have a college education, and I haven't found work since the year 2024. I haven't had relations with a girl since I was 24. I can't move out of my parents house. All the supposed milestones is completely priced out. What dream? Hmm? I never want to get married or have kids. Plus I'm not timid. I'm furious. The revolution is coming.

Companies hire a vast majority of H1-Bs instead of Americans because it’s cheap labor. I have an MBA and 11 years of outside sales and it’s hard for me to find a new sales job, I can’t imagine being in gen Z trying to make it. There are bad Gen Z but there are some great Gen Zers too.

My thoughts on gen Z, I like to see theyre ditching phones to dumb phones.. the tech companies are too much in people's lives. Gen Z needs more soft skills/face to face skills.. ghosting a potential employer is disrespectful. They're bad with dating too, ghosting others on that aspect, disrespect. I like that they're pointing out the economy, economic imbalance.. im gen X I see too much money tied up in wall street and not in people's pockets, Agree! Glad your speaking up on this. But Gen Z needs to SAVE $ more, do not spend on $7 coffee and eat out or get restaurant food delivered multi times a week. Cook at home.
