The screen showed signs of yellowing due to a damaged polarizer. We carefully separated and replaced the polarizer layer to recover the display.
All internal components were transferred to a brand-new mid-frame, ensuring a solid structure and like-new appearance.

Hello Rewa, first of all, this video is incredible. I've already replaced my flex cable and know I need just to install the new display. I have a kind of double faced tape that I bought on aliexpress and some IT-7000 glue. what should I use to fix the display? Do I need to male pressure afterwards in order to keep it in place?

Ok Rewa and now tell me where the problem is when you order the original LCD service pack, which already has the upper magnet. All components are replaced and the phone turns on so the magnet reacts poorly.
I wrote you this question by email but no one answered 🙂 here in the video you also don't show how you turn on the phone and whether the function turns off when you close the LCD and vice versa when you open it whether it lights up, also whether the rear small LCD works properly.
On the contrary, shouldn't the service pack work right out of the box without having to fiddle with the magnet?

Hello, I have 2 Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G Motherboard. One is Hong Kong version and the other one is Japanese Version. I bringed the motherboard to service in Indonesia to seperate the top layer of the motherboard and then swap it so the Hong Kong version of the motherboard will be able to have 5GmmWave Antenna, after the server successfully swapped the top layer, the motherboard doesn't want to turn on.
Can you help me find the problem why the motherboard doesn't want to turn on after swapping the top layer?
