The rapid development of tank building in the USSR began in the second half of the 1920s. At first, Soviet engineers relied heavily on foreign experience, studying and adapting ideas developed abroad. Their own design school was still taking shape, so borrowing from others was standard practice. Even basic standards for appearance and equipment were not fully established until the end of the decade.

the best tank of the soviets in this br bracket. It's very mobile, has heavy firepower, decent survivability (if you know how to exploit it, most don't), and a short reload. Easy to learn, but hard to master fits it pretty well.

Oh boy, the first ever tank I have suffered with in WT PC. Weak armour with big silhouette annoyed me so much aswell as the stock round, way worse. Its the Sh-34T Shrapnel Shell, only 34mm of pen for both 1.7 T28 and 2.3 T28E.
