Core Concept
Once a year, humanity participates in a worldwide referendum designed not to elect new leaders, but to completely remove one harmful individual from the global stage. This mechanism serves as a peaceful tool for planetary self-defense against unchecked wealth and political authority.
Key Features & Rules
Universal Scope: The ballot is not restricted to politicians or heads of state. It applies to anyone holding massive global influence, including corporate CEOs and billionaires, based on the foundational principle that all human beings are completely equal regardless of wealth or intellect.
The 51% Absolute Threshold: To remove an individual, a strict minimum of 51% of the entire global population must vote in favor.
The Default Protection: If the vote fails to reach the 51% absolute majority, no one is removed that year. This high threshold protects individuals from regional political factions, popularity contests, and temporary media trends.
Gentle but Total Removal: A successful vote does not inflict physical punishment or dismantle institutions. Instead, the individual is permanently stripped of all public, economic, financial, and structural power.
