There’s something so nostalgic (and messy!) about the combination of toasted marshmallows, melted chocolate and graham crackers. But you don’t need a campfire to satisfy that s’mores craving. You can make these easy, fudgy s’mores brownies. No outdoor flames necessary.

Eric thinks they taste best chilled, straight out of the refrigerator, but campfire nostalgists will love them at room temperature, or microwaved for 10 seconds for gooey centers. Tell us in the comments if you’re Team Chilled or Team Warm.

  1. I made these earlier this year for a Super Bowl party and they were a huge hit! This video would have helped me a lot back then, they turned out great following the recipe but it was a bit stressful the first time. Great recipe and video

  2. This recipe was okay. Make a graham cracker crust, it doesn't need sugar under the brownie (makes it grainy). The brownie was a very nice fudgey brownie. I cut the sugar down and it was still fantastic.

  3. This would be PERFECT after going out on a cold day to hunt down and bring home the Christmas tree. Then make another pan for the next day when it's being decorated.
