Back in the 80s some friends and I discussed the idea that we weren't refining our own gasoline. To provide Canadians with inexpensive gas? The governments said no then, but should be saying yes now? The bottom line shouldn't be about the dollar signs? It should be about jobs and providing Canadian's with gas at a reasonable price,so we can get to work, continuing to carry our nation on our backs as hard working Canadian's do. What Carney needs to do is to wait for the 3 days before the mid term elections in the USA and then turn off the power to the USA states that depend on it. Traffic lights, hospitals, schools, shopping centres, recharging electric cars, peoples fridges and freezers , factories , farms, all won't work in those dependent states. The voting computers won't work so all the electricity dependent states will have voters who cannot vote. Electricity is Carney's TRUMP card. Here's hoping that he uses this loss of electricity as the great winner in the power struggle.

US has selected very narrowminded based on what have you done for me lately and has forgotten what we have accomplished together over the years. That is unfortunate, but unfortunately, we will have to figure out how we navigate this new mentality. We will still have special relationships with the people of the United States what the government of the United States will face challenging times and relationships with Canada going forward whether that is a democratic or republican government I hope that the government that gets in eventually can revisit our history together how our GTF two task force was the first in after 911.
