What is the normal level of Vitamin D?
It is good that the Cleveland Clinic is putting out this video. However, it is perpetuating the myth that milk is the best source of calcium when, in fact, it can trigger asthma attacks. In black American populations, milk consumption is highly associated with the risk of asthma. In elderly white population, bone fractures risk is associated with drinking milk. There are many other dietary sources of calcium that should have been brought out, like eating dark green leafy vegetables, broccoli (especially the stems), and sardines. More than half of the world's population are in fact lactose intolerant. It is normal to be lactose intolerant. After all, milk is the hormonal secretion from another species of animals. Anglo Europeans who can drink milk have a genetic mutation, which probably evolved from their close history of raising, domesticating, and living with animals.
