My theory is that top 1% mfs are acting like it's no biggie, because they found a solution how to achieve immortality through technology instead of medical/biological science, but it's not yet THAT evolved. That is why there is absolutely no regulations on AI anywhere, the people on top who always controlled everything said full throttle, because they don't want to run out of time in their mortal bodies. And so they baited companies into racing each other, and create and grow and invent intelligent evolving AI, that could inevitably invent transferring literal consciousness through AI into sentient AI, and so these mfs can be immortal playing god while real Humans go extinct. And here is the truth, it is evolving more and faster day by day, and when the first fully functional robots will rise, they will learn how to create themselves and we are not even in a 10 year span of these things becoming real.

Dear god. Bernie wants AI that works for the common Joe six pack and not Mr musk! Isn’t this demagoguery. The 1st warnings about unethical AI development came from the very MR Musk these guys are disparaging through innuendo.
It seems people forget what the actual purpose is behind OpenAI and Anthropic stirring up fear about AI and politics. People like Sanders are falling for it. Potentially, the goal could be to eliminate competitors – if governments introduce mandatory inspections and stricter requirements, it will become much harder for anyone to challenge their leadership in AI. I believe AI may be leading us not toward extinction, but toward utopia – toward a real dream world. And I have a strong feeling that we'll understand what this really means by 2029.
It's clearly already too late.
