It is widely known to be home of millions of Turks – Germany is unfortunately tending more and more to the extreme right. As a German with Turkish origin living in Potsdam this fact cannot be ignored anymore. Please skip Germany as long as the right is pushing hard on not just Turks but Muslims as a whole. And this is actually made of stone and real high quality materials unlike a lot what you can see in the US. I am from Potsdam and whenever I dream of hitting the jackpot, this house would be my choice.

Masonic References on and in this house couldn't even hide none of it Villa Helios, checkered floors use of gold, black and blue…… Where the house sits near the water with 3 welcoming statues to form a diamond wow. I can say this house was owned by influential people and many of them have dined and wined there. Not even a woman's touch on the house this was used as a lodge for meetings, etc

Charging or even parking EVs in a basement garage means that in some countries you would not be able to insure the house. A thermal runaway car battery fire is bad anywhere, in a basement garage it's an absolute nightmare.

Hello Enes nice home in Germany, the only thing is the master bedroom is in a weird spot the bed in the middle is awkward and the on suite are hiding and so are the closets.
