It’s November 18th, 1952, and Lt. Elmer Royce Williams is with a flight of four US Navy’s F9F Panthers on a bombing mission in North Korea, some 40 miles from the Soviet border. While still on route, over the Sea of Japan, the fleet’s radar detects a group of state-of-the-art MiG-15’s heading south. The bombing mission is scrubbed, as the Panthers turn to intercept the bogeys. Half of the American fighters are forced to turn back due to mechanical issues, leaving Williams and his wingman alone to face elite Soviet pilots. This is how Lt Royce Williams fought and defeated four Soviet MiG-15’s.

  1. I love these videos however the voice and image of the pilots is always the same through most episodes. Otherwise I look forward to each video.

  2. Words on terminology:

REPEAT: This is an instruction to "Repeat" the last fire mission. So you don't ever use repeat on the radio, you SAY AGAIN.

    BOGEY: unidentified aircraft, unidentified intentions.

BANDIT: Identified Enemy aircraft, no hostile actions taken yet.

HOSTILE: When a Bogey locks you up, fires, makes menacing maneuvers, they become a Hostile.

  3. Kenapa angkatan udara Amerika selalu menang dan hebat. Karna yang berhasil yang di tampilkan😂😂😂
Contohnya Amerika vs Vietnam, kehebatan Amerika hancur😂😂😂

  4. Wow, fantastical movies where the American is brave, a hero, and successful, hahaha. That's funny. I'll tell you a historical fact you can verify: the pilot with the most recorded shoot-downs of enemy aircraft was a North Korean pilot.
