You can get wireless shifting and wireless dropper seatposts, but no one makes wireless mountain bike brakes. So, I made my own, complete with an app, ABS, and loads of other features. The problem? Well, they’re wireless brakes.
Thanks @Zimblake , you’re a wireless braking pioneer!

I have a question I feel like the comments of this channel can help with.
I like riding late at night through my city. I prefer wearing riding glasses with built in headphones, so I can hear traffic and such. The problem is the pair I have is too dark for night time riding, and the only clear lenses I can find are more traditional glasses 🕶️, not wrap around, to keep wind out of my eyes. Is anyone aware of a pair of clear-lens, Bluetooth audio riding glasses? Thanks in advance!
Day one of asking to get a full suspension mountain bike 😅??
I recognize ai design first second i see ut those green and black are so common by default.
The 2 year Hurricane Helene anniversary is coming up! Are you planning on doing anything special?
Not only it is battery powered, its also vibe coded, and wireless, and uses rotary encoders which are so prone to skipping. Everything you want on the most critical part of a bike
Oh hell no.
So how about a servo or something similar on the lever that can provide some resistance so you get feedback on how hard you are pressing the brakes?
Oh yeah, vibe coded brake system is exactly what we need 😂
Lmao I LOVED the enshittified ads inbetween Seth. You know what's up
Seth a few months ago: I need to not take so many risks.
Seth today: watch me bomb down this trail depending on brakes that I made myself.
11:13 wireless crap! Hahahaha now imagine that going downhill 😂😂
Claude! Give me the entire script, wiring, analogies, and schematics for this video!
Thanks!
Hey man been watching you for years and you basically helped me buy my first mtb. May I make a suggestion? See to work in some type of regenerative charging like those old bike lights so just in case someone's low on power the spin of the wheels or chain can help recharge. Just a suggestion
make a hydraulic version of the brakes
One of the most idiotic ideas ever
Fk Ai. and Wireless brakes is the worst idea.
Wow, that was an impressively done pet project. Your tongue in cheek idea of a subscription was very on the nose for today's companies. It was both funny and scary at the same time.
use a loadcell in the brake lever, you'd get more consistent braking since its easier to develop muscle memory on force vs travel.
The editing is very impressive I enjoyed every second of it.
I really don't want to have forgotten to charge my brakes.
how long ago did you see that screen and think, 'I gotta find something to use that in'? lmao
No company dares put their name to wireless breaks
is there a repo or BOM for this project?
Ever heard of a veriable speed drill ? No. Well, it uses a device called a veriable reostat. That will solve the lock up issue.
If the data travelled by wire, then i could have been very responsive. But since its wireless, there is a delay fs. And there is one big disadvantage of this concept: breaking feel.
"You ran out of braking for today; please stop riding. You can brake again in 6 hours"
Hopefully you have a Patent Pending. . .
Hey Seth! I’m from the Philippines. I just wanted to suggest something that I think could make the break even better, would you consider using cable-actuated hydraulic disc brakes? Hopefully, it’s something you could consider for future. Thank you!
You failed to credit them for their revolutionary theft deterrent strategy, making the bike 70 lbs.
