The headlights in your 13th generation Ford F-150 are controlled by the BCM, there are no relays and fuses that would have a direct connection to the light functions in the front end of your truck. But if you still want to inspect the fuses first, there are some of them you may want to check.
In this video, I will show you the location of the BCM fuses that may be connected to the lighting functions. They are not obvious problems when you have issues with headlights, but still are worth to check before you do anything else.
