Most people are not doing new home or non walled jobs are this doesn't really help that. Doing a video showing the actual removal of the old device and the proper install of the new one is what we need, it seems ALL of these videos on YouTube show this simple install like its just gonna be open new construction or full bathroom remodel
What if my new cartridge, which is the correct replacement, won't come on. So I put the new cartridge in and turned the water back on from the main line but the faucet handle doesn't control the on/off. So the only way I could turn off the water is from the main line.

Insulated tools…. 😩😅
Slow the video down
Don’t use pliers on the bonnet nut, just get it hand tight

Any recommendations if the new cartridge is longer than the old one? I don’t want to deal with cutting / replacing pipe. 😢
Add the link to the full video somewhere. i cant find it on your site
Thats a PBU, not adapter
What's the appeal of having both a fixed shower head and handheld?
I ask because it results in more leakage points and it seems unnecessary.
It is nice to have the handheld lower so it's easier to grab, so that's one advantage I could think of, but maybe there are others I'm overlooking.
