Btw it took NDSU 11 FCS National Championships to move up. They won 8 in a row starting at 2012. Meanwhile it took teams like Georgia Southern 5 and JMU 2 or 3.

NDSU is a good team and a very good program have been since the 60’s so it’s nice to see them move up and get to compete at the highest level week in week out now instead of once a year. This is a team that has to clean up a few things but in the MW there’s only a couple teams that will be able to compete with them so they’ll be able to get away with those things in a similar way to how they did in the Missouri Valley where there was really only 1-2 teams that could compete or beat them a year.
Is this even reality? I can’t believe a team that just came to the FBS level North Dakota State has won three games in a row. This could be something that’s never happened before and they could become the first ever small school that is ranked

Just to note, the NCAA voted in a new rule for transition schools like NDSU & Sac St. They are not eligible for the NCAA FBS playoffs. However, they can be eligible for a bowl game during their 2-year transition. For NDSU with their 3 wins. They are halfway there. 🦬🦬🦬
